Each item we create is custom made just for you. By placing an order, you agree that:

Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout via our secure payment gateway. We do not begin production until payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders via USPS or UPS from Austin, Texas. Typical production time is 3-5 business days, but may vary during busy seasons.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and location. Stitch & Flame is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 3 days for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
Stitch & Flame is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our products or website.
